Robert Mitchelmore commenced operating Investigations Consultancy, Ryt Business Solutions Pty Ltd in November 2011 after spending approximately fourteen years with Victoria Police and ten years with the Victorian Building Authority in Victoria. He also worked within various other Government Agencies in the investigations field up until 2011.

An experienced professional and skilled Investigator/Manager, Robert is equipped with a thorough understanding of contemporary investigative techniques, concepts and methodologies which he calls upon to successfully manage an investigation and achieve desired outcomes. He has vast experience in the management and assessment of complaints, preparing legal documents, providing advice and undertaking court and tribunal proceedings.

Robert’s highly developed interpersonal and analytical skills have allowed him to consult with people from diverse backgrounds including high level managers from the Corporate Sector as well as private individuals. In addition to carrying out complex investigations, Ryt Business Solutions also undertake Security Risk Assessments, Audits and provide Mediation/Conflict Management.
